Despite advances in dental care delivery techniques and technologies, dental treatment can cause anxiety for many individuals. Some treatments can also be lengthy. Thankfully, sedation can reduce or eliminate any unpleasantness that some people experience during dental treatment.

At your examination appointment, Dr. Bellamy can discuss different types and levels of sedation available and recommend what may be best to make sure your treatment is as pleasant as possible.

Nitrous Oxide (“laughing gas”), Oral Sedation (pill/liquid), and IV Sedation are options for your treatment.
